For bookkeepers who post bank feeds

Post the bank feed
in minutes.

Drop in a bank export. PostWise suggests a QuickBooks account for every row, catches transfers between the client's own accounts, and asks you only about the few it can't be sure of. Approve in bulk, export, done.

Three steps. Most files take a few minutes.

    1

    Drop the export

QuickBooks "For review", or a CSV straight from Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Amex and others. A PDF statement or a photo works too.

    2

    Answer a few questions

"Whose account is …2065?" Answer once per client and every transfer to or from that account posts itself, now and next month.

    3

    Approve and export

Approve the confident rows in one go, fix the few flagged ones, and export to CSV, Excel, a PDF for the CPA, or straight into QuickBooks.

    Everything a bookkeeper actually needs

    Transfers first

Matches both sides of a transfer across accounts so nothing is posted twice.

    AI that asks, never guesses

Rows no rule covers get a suggestion and a one-line reason. It never approves on its own.

    Recurring groups

Rent, payroll and subscriptions are grouped so a whole series is approved in one click.

    Reconciliation check

Enter the statement's ending balance and see whether the file ties out, to the cent.

    Ask the business owner

One link with every "what was this?" question. They answer on their phone, no login, and the answers flow back.

    Keyboard first

J and K to move, Enter to approve, E to edit. You never need the mouse.

    Privacy, in plain words

    • Your bank file is read in your browser. The suggestions are worked out on your computer.
    • A copy is saved privately to your account so you can reopen it with your progress. Turn that off in Settings and the file is never uploaded.
    • Each client's rules are encrypted (AES-256) before they are stored.
    • The AI only sees what it needs: the cleaned-up description, the amount, the date and your chart of accounts. Never account numbers, never client names, never the whole file. You can turn the AI off per client.
    • You can export or delete everything, any time, from Settings.
    • The PostWise team can see account data to give support.

    Questions

Does it work with my bank?

If you can download a CSV, yes. PostWise reads QuickBooks "For review" exports and the usual Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Capital One and Amex layouts. If it can't tell which column is which, it asks you once.

Does it post into QuickBooks for me?

You can export a file, or connect QuickBooks Online and push approved rows. QuickBooks then offers them as matches in the bank feed, so you click Match instead of Add.

    What does the AI cost?

A few cents a month for most bookkeepers. You set a monthly cap in Settings, and you can switch the AI off per client.

Can my client answer questions without an account?

Yes. You share one link and they answer on their phone. The link only shows the transactions you put in it.
